Embracing Growth: The Power of Investing in Yourself

This Month, I invested Rs.4,72,000 to Upskill myself and become a better Professional and a better Person.

Why did I do it?

- My hunger and Passion aren’t just to get Sales but to create a whole new experience with an elevated system for my clients

- Lyan.digital doesn’t just run for Profits. It runs for revolutionising Sales Standards across the B2B Industry.

- I don’t just want to upskill for certificates/fancy degrees. In fact, none of these gives me any accreditation that I can share with fancy expertise. It’s Pure upskilling and pure Value add.

With every investment I make in myself, I want to ensure every client who signs up with me has a higher ROI for the money they invest in me.

I am someone who continually EXPANDS her ideas, perspectives, and expertise and continually increases the depth of my skill set.

As I write this today, I remember Avinash Fofalia telling me 3 years back, “Focus on ONE THING”. Back then, I was running TheContent Bot and was focussing on too many different areas of work.

I couldn’t make sense of that advice when he gave me it. I consistently question myself: “How will I survive with just ONE skillset?”

But years later, now I realise.

I make ONE thing Mine, and every other interest of mine comes together to help me be better at my ONE THING.

Today, I realise. By continuously learning about Neuroscience, Psychology, Behavior Analytics, Cognitive Thinking, macroeconomics, Leveraging digital media and Mental Models, I am able to get a better viewpoint of SALES, which is my one thing.

With this, today, I am able to help B2B Business Owners scale their Sales Systems and continually generate leads without any bottlenecks and without spending on Ads.

Today, as I write this, I am more than grateful for everything and everyone who made me confident to invest in myself.

When my Dad paid for my first year of MBA, I was thinking if 3.5L was worth it, even though it’s a Merit seat. I was sceptical that It would help me become who I wanted to be.

But today, as I make this Investment, which is more than my MBA, I realise I am clear on WHY I do this and can clearly envision how I will be after this investment.

So what I wanted to tell you today is simply this:

Do not be afraid of Investing in yourself. If an Investment will take you to a place 5x from where you are right now, get started.

Age doesn’t give you experience. Doing the same thing for so many years gives you mastery. Not leadership perspectives.

Multiple Experiences and Exposure do. Expose Yourself. Be Hungry to Learn.

Because Ultimately, you aren’t growing because you need to grow.

You Grow when you WANT to Grow.

As I write this, I only have ONE thought in my Mind: I want to Win Big and Grow beyond my Expectations.

And for that, I take the First Step today. I Invest in Myself.
